Nutec offers the apsolute thermal inkjet printer. The apsolute sets the standard for thermal inkjet printing by being the first Hewlett-Packard based printer capable of printing on porous, semi-porous & non-porous surfaces without the need for a drying system. The apsolute is ideal for small-character variable data printing, printing of 2-D bar codes and the newly developed, high definition data bar codes and True Type Fonts. It is capable of printing in resolutions up to 600 dpi, and speeds of up to 229m/min.
The benefis of the apsolute are in it's dependable, firmware based (no PC) solid state print control system. By utilizing disposable HP print head technology, the apsolute offers a printing system that is void of pumps, valves and solenoids. The use of HP cartridges makes this printer virtually maintenance free.
Hewlett-Packard's technology has been widely accepted in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries as a clean alternative to CIJ, Laser, Piezzo & Valve Jet.
